QUESTION #1: How do i get my track once i have paid for it?
Answer: Once we have received payment for your order, you will receive a link to download your track. In most cases you will get the email the same day. We advise you to use priority mail when sending in money via the mail and get a tracking # or confirmation receipt. If you want your track sent by mail, add $5.00 for postage and handling to the final price.
Question #2: Can I copyright the track once I buy it?
Answer: NO, these tracks are leased and the full rights are not available for sale. If you feel that you have to have the full rights, then we will accept a bid for the rights.
Question #3: What if i want to buy the rights to the song?
Answer: Yes, these tracks can be bought out to have the full rights. If you feel that you need the full rights, then we will accept a bid for the rights. (Minimum bid $250)
Question #4: What method of payments can I use?
Answer: We accept two forms of payment. Pay Pal or money order. If you want to send a money order, email us at fattraks@gmail.com with the track number and we will email you the address to send payment to. You may also Use Pay Pal to get a download and after payment is approved, you will receive a download link. IF you would like to send money via western union, call me at 972-333-3551 ask for roc one.
Question #5: How do i get a refund for my track?
All sales are final so be sure that you select the right track when you order.
Question #6: What format does my track come in?
Answer: Your track will come as a mp3 if you get a download and stereo wave files if you get the Cd . If you want to be able to spread your track out in wave files, we offer wave files at an additional cost of $15.00. We will mail these to you since the files are large. Our tracks are premixed and ready to go so you can record right from the Cd and get a high quality sound when you go to the studio.
